As an important strategic project in China,the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has solved the problem of the South drought and drought in North China,and played an important role in the development of China's regional economy and environment.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the safety of water quality in the water diversion channel of the South-to-North Water Diversion.In recent years,seasonal algae have been generated in the water conveyance channels of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which not only affects the water quality,but also causes eutrophication and endangers human health.Therefore,according to the special conditions of water diversion channels,algae removal equipment relying on the water gate was designed.According to the current algae removal technology,equipment and principle at home and abroad,the mechanical algal removal method based on physical algal removal technology was applied to design algae removal machinery that was suitable for the South-to-North Water Diversion operation.Technical requirements were formulated by investigation on the spot and records of related data.According to the specific function,working environment and conditions,the structure design scheme of the algae removal machine was completed,and the three dimensional model of each scheme was established respectively.Through the analysis and screening of the various schemes,the best scheme was determined.Combined with specific conditions,and through calculation and modeling,the overall design of algae removal machinery was completed,including frame structure,transmission system,algae cleaning system and so on.In combination with the equipment manufacturing process and installation process,the algae removal machinery was further improved and perfected.The MATLAB software was used to design the fuzzy control system for algae removal machinery,to control algae blocking time and spraying time,and to realize the automation of algae removal machinery.The Fluent software was used to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of the algae removal machinery,to further determine the parameters of the algae blocking network and to verify the effect of algae removal.The equipment has been running in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which provides an important reference for the removal of algae in the channel.
