Resettlement Management And Practice Of The South To North Water Diversion East Project(NanSi Lake～DongPing Lake Section)

Water conservancy and hydropower project resettlement work was an integral part of construction of water conservancy and hydropower project, and the resettlement issue has become mainly constraint factors of our country' s water conservancy and hydropower project construction. Since the founding of the state has carried on standard in resettlement of process many kinds of behaviors, the works has made great achievements, because of differences in industry, imbalances of regional economic development, the complexity of the implementation process, which increases resettlement work policies execution and the work implementation difficulty.This article uses the empirical study method to analyse and research the water conservancy and hydropower project, South-North Water Diversion Project (NanSi lake～DongPing lake section) requisition resettlement implementation management as an example, attempts to carry on the exploration and research of requisition resettlement policy, theory, quality evaluation system, management models of water conservancy and hydropower project, analysis pros and cons of the current water conservancy and hydropower project requisition resettlement policy, support and system and so on, summarize analysis the problems of us county requisition resettlement presently, and bring forward suggestions of resettlement policy support, the industrial support of water conservancy and hydropower project.
