| New energy power systems have been experiencing a technical revolution of both source and load.With the opinions put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on further deepening the reform of the electric power system and further development of the smart grid,source and load coordinated optimization scheduling mode has putting forward a series of challenges in power system,such as planning,decision-making and safe operation.From the aspects of both source and load sides,the emergence of flexible load and renewable energy generation not only protect the environment but also greatly enhance the interaction between demand side and power grid,but it strengthens the operational risks as well.This paper sets up a new probabilistic load flow model based on traditional probabilistic load flow model.It regards the uncertainty of both demand response and exchanging power between virtual micro-grid and distribution network as random injected variables.The model is calculated by the algorithm combining semi-invariant and Gram-Charlier series expansion.And then depending on the benign interaction between demand side and supply side,source and load coordinated optimal operation strategy in active distribution network based on probabilistic load flow is proposed aiming at minimizing the operation cost of active distribution network.Interactive groups consist of photovoltaic cells,wind turbines,controllable distributed generations,and demand responses.Using the standard deviation of expectations calculated by probabilistic load flow as inequality constraints to determine the scheduling in optimal operation.Furthermore,This paper analyzes a modified IEEE 14-node active distribution network,using gravitational search-particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the objective functiona strategy.And 3 different operation modes are compared and analysed in economy and safety.The proposed strategy in this article optimizes the operation cost of active distribution network and ensures the security of system.Effectiveness and practicality are testified through an example. |
