With the implementation of China’s new energy strategy and technological progress,a large number of new energy centralized access to the grid,multi-energy complementary projects are also in the research stage.The tremendous changes in the composition of the source network load in a short period of time have brought new challenges to the planning and construction of the distribution network and the safe and economic operation.Therefore,in view of the operation characteristics of multi-energy complementarity and the emergence of cold,hot and warm storage loads,it is necessary to study the operation strategy of multi-energy complementary integrated optimization system and the coordinated control strategy of “source-grid-load” for improving the power quality of distribution network.This is of great significance to ensure the rational planning,construction and safe and economic operation of distribution network under the new situation.This paper introduces the status quo of the park,power grid and load in LinGang Economic and Technological Development Zone of Cangzhou City.It also introduces the type of power supply,the principle of power supply and the characteristics of the new type of load suitable for the Development Zone under the mode of source-networkload interaction.The basic principles and energy routing control strategies of photovoltaic,energy storage,gas turbine,controllable load and electric vehicle are studied.In order to reduce the impact of grid-connected distributed devices such as photovoltaic and energy storage on the voltage amplitude of distribution network lines,the coordinated control strategy of distribution network “source-grid-load” is studied.When the line voltage amplitude fluctuates greatly due to the change of load size in power grid,the fluctuation amplitude of voltage can be reduced by adjusting the reactive power of the power side photovoltaic system and the grid side energy storage system to meet the allowable range of voltage deviation.The simulation model of source-network load coordination control based on MATLAB is built.The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy.The simulation model of source network load coordination control based on MATLAB is built,and the simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy.In order to ensure the safety and economic operation of the multi-energy complementary system,this paper optimizes the multi-energy complementary system from capacity and operation,takes economy,environmental protection,network loss and power fluctuation of tie-line as optimization objectives,considers various constraints,adopts a optimization algorithm based on Improved Particle Swarm optimization,and takes the load data of a multi-energy complementary system as an example.The proposed optimization method is verified and the economic feasibility of the multi-energy complementary system is verified.
