Large space and glass curtain wall buildings in the temperate regions of southern China and the northern summer hot and cold areas have some applications,and the technology is relatively mature.However,there are few cases of high-rise buildings and glass curtain wall buildings in severe cold regions.Due to the large differences in climate between the north and south of our country,many of the technologies that have been applied in temperate regions can not simply be spatially translated.Therefore,a certain amount of research needs to be done on the climatic characteristics.The main technical problems that need to be solved are:the feasibility of using summer natural ventilation instead of air conditioning and refrigeration;the operation regulation of the transitional season of spring and autumn and rainy weather;the choice of heating mode in winter;the anti-condensation of glass roof and steel structure;Winter natural ventilation through the winter cold air infiltration problems;Comprehensive annual energy saving building operation cycle.Based on the background of the energy consumption and dew problems encountered in the tall space and the application of glass curtain wall construction in the severe cold area,this study combined with the proposed Changchun Fuhua Future World Ocean Paradise as a practical engineering case to study the HVAC technology problems it faces.It also provides technical guidance for Engineering design and construction.This article mainly carried out the following three aspects of the work:the annual energy consumption analysis of the building;the numerical calculation of the natural ventilation of the building in summer;the solution of the anti-condensation of the glass roof in winter.Secondly,in view of the problem that solar radiation in buildings is too hot during the summer,the feasibility and economics of radiant cooling methods for direct-buried floor-to-floor radiant systems combined with necessary shading methods are studied.This paper mainly predicts building energy consumption and analysis scheme feasibility through simulation calculation method,and compare and analyze the different schemes from both technical and economic aspects to provide technical support for the project designing.
