With the continuous development of China’s infrastructure construction,urbanization and modernization of various regions are getting higher and higher.Especially after 19 th CPC National Congress,the Greater bay Area led by Guangdong Province will be one of the most open and economically vibrant regions in China.It must lead to the increase of traffic volume,and the load on the increased bridge which makes the reliability of existing Bridges and the problem of operating vehicle load become the hot spot of current research.Therefore,measuring the truck load data of Yuebei Station、Shaoguannan Station in Jinggangao highway and Yuexi Station in Yuzhan highway,using MATLAB software to simulate the truck traffic of two highways to conclude the extreme load effect and combining with the existing bridge reliability,putting forward the location distribution characteristics analysis of heavy truck.The research work of this paper mainly includes four aspects:Firstly,nearly 200,000 vehicle load data are collected by dynamic weighing system WIM(Weight In Motion)for statistical analysis.Statistics on vehicle data are classified according to weight、axle load.Through the statistical analysis of Yuebei Station、Shaoguannan Station in Jinggangao highway and Yuexi Station in Yuzhan highway,the characteristics of vehicle load are described to reflect the different operation status of highway vehicle load.Secondly,based on the truck load data obtained from WIM,Monte Carlo simulation is used to simulate the random freight car flow.Load effect is calculated on the simple beam loaded on 20m~60m so as to analyze the load effect under different operation conditions.Compared with the standard load of the regulation of 2004 and the regulation of 2015,the regional and timeliness differences of the load effect of the expressway can be analyzed.Thirdly,both reliability and reliable indexes of the bridge can be calculated by using the "method of calibration" through the bearing capacity of the bridge structure calculation.Then the influence of load effect on the reliability of existing bridges is analyzed.Finally,the axle load distribution of the template trucks that selected from the date is analyzed to launch the typical trucks.According to the calculation results of chapter3、4,the safe load effect of truck is put forward in based of the reliability of the existing bridge and the safe distance between truck and truck which can relieve the operation pressure of bridge is introduced.Through the comparison of data,the rationality and feasibility of the safe distance by the reliability of the existing bridge is verified.
