When the train in the running process,it mainly rely on pantograph-catenary system to get the power.As technology become mature and mature,which speed had gained greatly improvement.The operation of the security effected by the contact stability directly.Because of the complexity of the terrain in our country,many railways are in the tunnel.When the train run in the tunnel,aerodynamic force can't be avoided,and it harmful to the pantograph-catenary system.So the research is very necessary.Firstly:we build the model by CATIA,simulating when the train run in the tunnel use FLUENT.Analysis of aerodynamic force on different parts when the train run in the tunnel.When the train operate on open-line and tunnel at 150km/h-350km/h,the stress distribution of different parts are same roughly.Aerodynamic drag growth ratio as follows:43.9%,35.7%,33.8%,23.7%,Pneumatic lift growth as follows:45.5%,34.7%,31.5%,27.0%.In a word,as speed growth,pneumatic resistance and lift forces are growing rapidly,when train run in high speed,the force cannot be neglected.Take the train running at the speed of 350 km/h as example,under this operation,upper arm rod by the force of about 4%of the total resistance,under arm rod by the force of about 5%of the total resistance,bow head by the force of about 31%of the total resistance.Upper arm rod by pneumatic lift accounted for 28%of the total resistance,under arm rod by pneumatic lift accounted for 40%of the total resistance,bow head by pneumatic lift accounted for 31%of the total resistance.In the along bow and reverse bow both cases,force is nearly same.Analysis of it we can know,maximum deformation occurred in the bow head,the deformation is about 40 mm.In view of above analysis,in addition to run speed,the length of the train,hard point,contact conditions,hang wait for a few all have an effect on the flow performance.We can optimize the part,for example install guide plate,optimize the dome cross section shape,optimize main parts and so on.
