The Double-layer Continuously reinforced concrete pavement(referred to as Double-layer CRCP)is the pavement structure which put the amount of the steel in ordinary cement concrete with the type of the double-layer.This pavement structure will become more stable and stronger carrying capacity by making the best of the effect that reinforcement has a pull on effect on concrete.At present,the CRCP with one-layer of reinforcement(referred to as Single-layer CRCP)is the usual case,however Double-layer CRCP apply in engineering example.The research in this area which is about the adaptability that Double-layer CRCP is applied to the road which is bad hydrology or bad geology,at the same time,the geology about of Double-layer CRCP is very little,so it is necessary to study the structural design and construction method in Double-layer CRCP.By making use of the ABAQUS,the computational model of ordinary cement concrete pavement.Single-layer CRCP and Double-layer CRCP were established in three adverse environmental factors:heavy load and bad foundation and bottom blank Take it indicator that is maximum tensile stress and maximum vertical displacement to discuss the problems whether these three pavement structures adapted to this three adverse environmental factors.Because of the effect that reinforcement has effect on concrete,Single-layer CRCP and Double-layer have a higher maximum tensile stress at the width of the broken plate compare to the computational model of ordinary cement concrete pavement,meanwhile the maximum vertical displacement of broken plate became smaller.Under the condition of the same reinforcement ratio,the Double-layer CRCP is overloaded,the sub grade is poor and the slab bottom is void,the displacement increment is reduced by 3.14%,3.94%,6.84%,relative to the Dingle-layer CRCP,it shows that the adaptability of Double-layer CRCP in urban road is the strongest.The investigation on old cement pavement,the results show that road pavement breaking rate was 44%,36.3 for pavement condition index,the reasons for the premature failure of pavement life:heavy load and overload transportation and the basement erosion is serious and leads to void and weak sub grade in some areas.Based on the investigation of old cement pavement condition,analyzes the necessity of existing structural design of Wuhan Qing Wang Road,while,design and analysis of double layer steel mesh,longitudinal construction joint,expansion joint and pre cut joint are described and analyzed.An elastic foundation double deck model with two layers of rigid layer as a composite roller compacted concrete layer is presented with asphalt interlayer as the separation layer,at last,the inverse maximum of the final traffic volume is 1.582×1012 standard traffic load.The reinforcement ratio of the existing structure is calculated by limiting the crack spacing and the minimum embedment depth in the design of the reinforcement ratio in the current norms,the required reinforcement ratio is no less than 0.65%?The importance of quality and construction quality of Double layer CRCP surface,asphalt interlayer and cement stabilized macadam layer of solid engineering are summarized and analyzed.The technical scheme and effect of the active control of the cracks by using the induced slit and the cutting seam of the well cover are analyzed,and the effect of early disease repair with epoxy mortar filling and C50 concrete filling is analyzed.And the tracking investigation for the development situation of solid engineering was done.The research work can be referred to the design and construction of double deck continuous reinforced concrete pavement.
