In terms of longitudinal reinforcement in continuous reinforced concrete(CRC)slab,the concept of two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement is proposed,of which the two-layer longitudinal reinforcement design is mainly to controlling the widening and development of transverse cracks,which can reducing the cracking and thrusting caused by cracks during the later stage of pavement life.Not only the two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement posses a high quantity of road surface flatness,driving comfort and service life,but also can fully exert the potential of pavement structural materials.So this pavement structure can guarantee less pavement diseases and longer service life.There is not a calculation formula and reference value for longitudinal reinforcement index of two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement.In addition,the calculation value of the transverse crack width is also unreasonable.All this leading to a large reinforcement ratio.To solve this problem,using elastic theory to analyze the stress and displacement of two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement under the temperature shrinkage.On the basis of Qingwang Highway in Wuhan,the two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement abaqus model and the calculation formulas are verified.Select 11 design parameters related to reinforcements design to have orthogonal test,range analysis,variance analysis and saliency analysis.The sensitivity ordering of the reinforcement design parameters was carried out.The different combinations of the LOCs and the reinforcement ratio p in the two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement were pointed out that can bring a significantly difference on transverse crack width and the transverse crack spacing.According to the structure characteristics of two-layer steel,the location of steels LOCs and the reinforcement ratio p in two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement is analyzed,in which transverse crack width and crack spacing are used as evaluation indexes to explore the horizontal crack of the first control index.When this two values are changed,the crack width changes regularly.By modifying the INP file to achieve rapid and large-scale numerical simulation,the relationship between the LOCs and the reinforcement ratio p and the transverse crack width change value is derived based on the calculation results.Aiming to provide a reference to the specification.The article aims to provide reference and theoretical guidance for in two-layer continuous reinforced concrete pavement design and construction.Based on the construction management and early crack tracking investigation of the Qingwang Highway engineering,the key construction technology relating reinforcement is introduced in detail,the optimization of setting,slitting and seam setting can provide reference for the newly construction.The research can provide theoretical basis and reference for the design and construction in double-layer CRCP reinforcement.
