With the rapid development of the automotive interior decoration industry,higher technical requirements and market demand are put forward for automotive interior processing equipment.In addition,the demand of automobile wooden gear panel,an important part of automotive interior,is also constantly increasing.However,in China,car wooden gear panel processing equipment are mostly semi-automatic processing ones,and the single form processing,low precision and automation of low degree can not meet the existing market demand.Therefore,it is an urgent need to develop a special processing equipment which are dedicated to the car wooden gear panel to meet the machining requirements of high precision and high efficiency of the car wooden gear panel.In this paper,the design and analysis of the processing technology,the overall layout,the main technical parameters and the overall structure design of the CNC milling machine for the car wooden gear retaining panel were analyzed.Through the analysis of the processing technology of the gear panel,the main body of the numerical control curve milling machine was designed in detail.Based on the knowledge of wood milling,the milling force,cutting power and clamping force analysis of the follower roller were calculated.The design of the milling machine's host milling system and the selection of electric spindle and milling cutter were showed in this thesis.The principle design of process and explanation of the follow-up pressure roller mechanism of the NC milling machine were carried out.The calculation and selection of the stepping motor driven by the pressure roller were carried out in detail.The design and analysis of the lifting shaft structure of the CNC milling machine in the wood gear shift panel were completed,the calculation and selection of the stepping motor and the design and strength checking of the ball screw pair were also completed.Based on the analysis of the cutting force,cutting power and clamp force of the follower roller,the rationality of the rack structure design and the requirements of full working use of the rigidity and strength were completed and verified.The follow-up pressure roller of Car wood gear panel CNC curve milling machine fixture was also analyzed.In addition,the reasonableness,stiffness and strength of the structural design of the follow-up pressure roller all meet the work requirements,which was verified well.The modal performance analysis of the host part of the CNC milling machine with a wooden shell gear panel are finished.The first six orders of natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained to avoid the resonance deformation during the operation of the CNC milling machine adamant processing quality and CNC milling machine life.In this thesis,the PLC control system of NC milling machine for car wooden gear shift panel was designed.The software design and development were completed,such as the function description and resource demand analysis of the whole machine control system,the design of the electrical schematic diagram,the selection of hardware and the touch screen.The control system PLC programming was designed by controlling of feeding machine working process of the gear panel CNC milling machine as an example.The automobile wood shell gear panel CNC milling machine and control system meets the requirements in wood gear panel processing quality and quantity for car interior manufacturers.It provides a new thought and basis for the innovative design of special equipment for car mullion gear panel in our country.
