In recent years,the increasing level of urbanization in China,the original land surface types are gradually changing,city impervious area has increased dramatically,the seasonal waterlogging problem has become the most disastrous city in China,on this basis,in 20 12 China formally introduced "sponge city" concept.China’s spongy cities mostly concentrated in the southwest,while the northern cities accounted for only about 17%,resulting in less research and Practice on the spongy cities in the northern cold regions.While the northern cold regions by latitude and monsoon climate,summer rainfall in large flood prone,but winter rainfall is small and low temperature characteristics,combined with the city rainwater now more row based concept,make the city environment vulnerable City waterlogging,floods and other violations.In this paper,Shenfu new town is taken as the research object.According to the national guidelines for the construction of sponge City,the idea of Landscape Planning Research of Shenfu new city based on sponge city is constructed,with a view to provide a positive impact on the related research and development of northern cities.The main body of the article is divided into three parts:First,the basic situation of Shen Fu Metro and rainfall characteristics were analyzed,and according to the present situation of green space and water system,analyzes the Shen Fu Metro stormwater management construction conditions;based on the pre planning of Shen Fu Metro total runoff control rate and utilization of rainwater resource,analysis of Shen Fu Metro stormwater management construction potential in the study area;and pre planning different return period under the situation of the runoff was simulated using SWMM model analysis software for the Shen Fu Metro City landscape planning as the basis for the whole sponge.Secondly,analysis of status quo of the research area based on the content,from the three levels of Fushun new city landscape planning system,including the overall optimization of city green space system,perfect green infrastructure,determine the main formation of the wetland ecological corridor and Shen Fu Metro whole drainage system;combined with the ecological use of city drainage system stormwater drainage system was improved to reach 3 years of rainfall water requirement model of the software,the formation of small drainage system;control zoning of Shen Fu Metro and choose different control for low impact development zoning measures,on the basis of quantitative analysis on the block of low impact development measures of scale,the formation of low impact drainage system.Finally,the SWMM model software is used to simulate the adjusted scheme to verify the rationality of the landscape planning.Finally,based on the overall landscape planning,research on waterfront landscape planning and design process of Hunhe River,combined with the Shen Fu Metro low impact development measures of quantitative results,extract the selection and size of Shen Fu Metro main section of Hunhe River riparian landscape construction in low impact development measures from which,on the basis of specific landscape planning design of riverfront landscape,combining the stormwater management technology facilities and residents demand,eventually formed a beautiful and elastic River Waterfront landscape.
