This paper takes the typical area of Fan He New District of Tie Ling as the research object.Firstly, according to the traditional rainwater drainage network, the SWMM model was used for dynamic simulation, observing the overloading phenomenon and node overflow According to the "Sponge City Construction Technical Guide-Low Impact Development Drainage System Construction" manual,Make a construction of low-impact rainwater systems in the area,Using SWMM to dynamically simulate the results, under the same rainfall conditions, according to the layout of LID in the research area, this paper will analyze the changes of rainwater runoff and the changes of water flow in the pipeline quantitatively after the area is added to the LID facility. The results show that:(1)According to the "Outdoor Drainage Design Code" GBSOO14-2006(2014 edition)to query the determination requirements of rainfall recurrence period,it is concluded that the research area is in an important area in the center of the city.Through the reference of relevant literature and reference to the successful cases of domestic and external rainwater drainage systems, this study was designed for 10 years of heavy rain during the recurrence period.(2)According to the topography and land form of the Fanhe New Area in Tieling, the plan for the future and the gravity drainage, the drainage system of the rain water pipe net work is planned.According to this, the arrangement of the rainwater pipeline system, the design parameters such as the size of the pipeline section and the slope of the pipeline will be determined.(3)By using SWMM software to build the drainage network model, the overloading phenomenon and node overflow can be seen intuitively through SWMM dynamic simulation results.(4)Simulation results show that the LID facility can reduce rainwater runoff and delay peak time. The LID design improves the management of rain torrents and plays arole in reducing the occurrence of rain torrents. The construction of sponge cities has a positive effect on the prevention and control of waterlogging in cities.(5)Low-impact development facilities should be widely used in late urban renewal to increase recovery and utilization of rainwater,so as to reduce the occurrence of rainstorm disasters.
