| High-voltage insulator’s surface needs to be coated with a layer of paint.In traditional crafts,the load and unload of painting is usually done by workers.Not only the labor intensity of the workers,the efficiency is low,a large number of the workers are involved,but also the immersion time can not be controlled.The thickness is non-uniform,which affects products’ s quality.Based on the understanding of the traditional artificial painting process,the production outline,productivity,operation personnel and other technical requirements,this paper puts forward the overall design plan for pretreatment,feeding,painting,blanking and drying parts.The thesis further determines the position arrangement and the produntion rhythm of each work unit.The force and energy parameters of key components are calculated and selected.Key components include the rotation and swing of insulators and rotary motors,slewing bearings,couplings and other components.The required models and related parameters are determined.The structure of the parts such as incomplete gear mechanism,clamping device and rotating painting table are designed.The three-dimensional solid model and virtual assembly of the production line are established by using Creo3.0.The dynamic simulation of the incomplete gear mechanism of the key parts is carried out by using the Adams to determine the feasibility and stability of the mechanism.Through the simulation analysis of the meshing process by Adams software,angular velocity and angular acceleration curves are obtained.By analyzing the curves,it can be concluded that weather the mechanism is able to mesh smoothly and further optimization design is needed.Through the motion simulation of the production line,the parameters of the design conform to the production rhythm.This paper completes the design,modeling and simulation of the high voltage insulator’s automatic paint production line.It solves the key technical problems in the design of the intermittent motion,power mechanism and lacquer equipment of the rotating paint-making machine.The designed automatic paint production line can meet the high quality painting requirement,and it has laid a solid foundation for the engineering application of the equipment. |
