As a continuous conveyor driven by mechanical friction, belt conveyors are used to transport all kinds of materials, its operation is smooth and reliable while costs low energy, the driving power is small, short or long transmission distance is supposed, line layout flexibility,what is more,it can be adapted various work environments, is easy to install and maintain, easily automated and centralized control, finally,it is widely used in various industries. With the level of technology advances, society increasingly demanding conveyors, belt conveyors began to large, diversified, intelligent, green development, the conveyor industry emphasis on increasing experimental study high, investment is growing.However, based on the statics of the rigid nature of the material and the assumption of traditional design methods, it can not truly reflect the viscoelastic properties of the material due to the belt exhibit specific dynamics performance,running the whole process suffered dynamic tension, thus obtained design results were not accurate, so that the conveyor there are many security risks in the long run work cycle, especially in starting and braking phase, the higher the probability of failure. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor to explore research, the key factor in my problem, take effective measures against key to help improve the reliability of the conveyor speed smooth running, to find a suitable design redundancy interval so that the final design results more reliable and efficient.This paper describes the theoretical basis of ADAMS dynamics analysis,and multi-body dynamics, soft body dynamics equations of motion. Combined with the actual operation of the belt conveyor, starting from the mechanical properties of the belt on the belt conveyor dynamic characteristics were analyzed according to the vibration theory, determine the kinetic equation of longitudinal micro vibration conveyor Yuan Yuan, the lateral vibration.
