Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Construction Industry In Anhui Province Under The New Normal Condition

Since the reform and opening up in the past 40 years,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's construction industry has been growing rapidly,the scale of the construction industry has continued to expand,and the construction industry has begun to change from weak to strong.In 2017,the gross domestic product(GDP)exceeded 80 trillion yuan,of which the total output value of the construction industry was 21 trillion and 400 billion yuan,the construction industry added value of 5 trillion and 570 billion yuan,and the position of the pillar industry was remarkable.However,since 2014,the growth rate of the construction industry began to decline,the construction industry added value in 2017 increased by 4.3%,and the increase rate of the construction industry fell by 2.3%.After the Chinese economy has entered the new normal state,the extensive development mode and backward production mode of the construction industry can not adapt to the new economic situation,and the transformation and upgrading of the industry is imminent.This paper,based on the economic growth theory and the theory of industrial transformation and upgrading,takes Anhui as an example.Under the background of the new normal macroeconomy,it analyzes the status of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Anhui,and on the basis of the economic growth mode and industrial structure of the construction industry in Anhui,and constructs an index system to evaluate the transformation and upgrading capacity of the construction industry in Anhui.The ability of transformation and upgrading is evaluated,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.On the basis of summarizing the achievements of the theoretical research on economic growth,industrial transformation and upgrading,technological innovation and sustainable development,the paper analyzes the transformation and upgrading of Anhui's construction industry from two aspects of the transformation of economic growth mode and the adjustment of industrial structure.Combined with a large number of data,we select the total construction output value,value added,employees,fixed assets investment,enterprise assets and technical equipment rate,analyze the basic status of the economic growth of Anhui construction industry,and compare with all regions of the country to find out the existence of Anhui construction industry with other provinces.Gaps and advantages;meanwhile,we use C-D production function model and Solow growth rate equation to analyze and evaluate the economic growth mode of Anhui's construction industry.The industrial structure of Anhui construction industry is analyzed by selecting the enterprise product structure,the enterprise qualification structure,the enterprise ownership structure,the industrial extroversion and the industrial concentration.Finally,based on the entropy method,the improved grey weighted clustering evaluation model is adjusted,and the production capacity,technological innovation ability,capital support capacity and structural adaptability of Anhui construction industry are evaluated quantitatively,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Based on the analysis results and the analysis of the current situation of Anhui construction industry,from three aspects of changing production mode,transforming development power and adjusting industrial structure,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the transformation and upgrading of Anhui construction industry.Through the research,it is found that the development of Anhui construction industry is in the national average level,the way of economic growth is still the traditional epitaxy economy and the industrial structure is not reasonable.At the same time,the transformation and upgrading ability of Anhui construction industry has just exceeded the general category and is in a strong category.The ability to innovate and the ability to adapt to the structure are general.
