Grouting reinforcement is one of the most important methods for geotechnical improvement.With the development of Chinese engineering construction,the problem of rock and soil mass is increasing,and becoming more and more complicated.especially in a dynamic load,Large deformation is easy to occur in rock and soil mass,on the one hand,it has a great impact on the safety of the construction environment and he progress of the construction,on the other hand,it has a great influence on the safe operation of other public infrastructure.With the development of urban traffic construction in China.A dynamic load produce by urban traffic operation and the load generated during construction are more and more serious.Therefore,it is of great significance for solving the geotechnical engineering problem in urban construction to research a kind of grouting material which can effectively improve the characteristics of rock and soil mass,and has a good bearing capacity for dynamic load.Although cement matrix grouting material has a high strength,it has a high elastic modulus,low deformation performance and low toughness.poorer deformability and low toughness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the modified of the rock and soil mass in municipal engineering to modify the existing cement-based materials,witch has better construction performance and better bearing capacity of dynamic load.With the development of society,the problem of tire abandonment is becoming more and more serious.In order to make full use of waste tire resources,it is an effective way of recycling to make waste tire into rubber powder and do the complex formulation with other traditional materials to make new materials.In the days of resources are tight and the environment is becoming increasingly grim,environmental protection and rational utilization of waste resources,especially waste tyres,have become the trend of development.At the same time,waste rubber has a favorable impact on the performance of cement based materials:on the one hand,the water absorption of the rubber powder of waste tire has a certain degree of improvement on the water secretion of the cement slurry,on the other hand,the elastic effect of rubberpowder has a certain effect on the elastic modulus,deformation performance and crack resistance of the hardened cement paste.In this paper,as the mixture of rubber powder and ordinary portland cement is being used as the foundation system,developing a grouting material which has a good fluidity,controllable setting time,good modulus of elasticity toughness and deformation properties.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the physical and chemical properties of the waste rubber powder,under the different ratio of water to cement and dosage of rubber powder,we experimentally research on the properties of cement and cement paste,and analysis the influence of waste rubber powder on the properties of common portland cement based grouting material.On this basis,the appropriate admixtures were selected to modify the rubber powder cement based materials.(2)A simple and practical surface treatment method was chosen to treat the surface of waste rubber powder.The bonding strength between the surface treated rubber powder and cement paste is stronger,which can effectively reduce the strength loss of cementitious materials due to the addition of rubber powder.(3)By means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),we observe and compare with microstructure of different cement-based materials and make SEM images de-noising,sharpening,setting threshold and making a quantitative analysis of black and white two values to obtain microscopic parameters,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the micro characteristics of the waste rubber powder cement based materials are made by Image Pro Plus.In this paper,we studied the influence of different amount of waste rubber powder on ordinary silicate system with different water cement ratio,and screen out a suitable water cement ratio and rubber powder content.By use of additives,we make modification of cement based materials and surface treatment of waste rubber powder to enhance the integrity of the cementitious material system.Finally,carry out the performance evaluation and microscopic characteristics analysis of the rubber powder cement based grouting material.The rubber powder cement base grouting material has the characteristics of good flow performance,suitable setting time,high strength of cement paste,toughness and deformation characteristics satisfying the anti vibration requirements of the project,and can effectively solve the deformation and failure of rock and soil mass under vibration conditions in urban traffic construction.The research results provide a solution to the problem of dynamic load failure in traffic development and construction.At the same time,it has important reference value for further research in the field of new composite materials.
