Research On Analysis Of Expressway Service Level And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Service Quality

The fundamental purpose of expressway development is to provide users with reliable,safe,convenient,economical and comfortable travel demand,and support the development of national economy.The concept of "service level" is used for road traffic analysis to quantitatively measure the operation of traffic flow,and to reflect the service degree and service quality of expressway users.There are many factors that affect the level of expressway service,such as speed,running time,degree of freedom,traffic delay,traffic safety,comfort,density,economy,etc.,but in the actual determination of service levels,it is difficult to fully consider the above factors,only select a few indicators as a representative.This thesis takes Yongtaiwen expressway project(K1755?K1788)as the empirical research object,on the basis of analyzing the service level classification and calculation theory of the basic section of the expressway,the traffic capacity and traffic flow characteristics of the Yongtaiwen expressway are systematically investigated,and its service level is evaluated objectively.The result shows that the service level of most sections of Yongtaiwen expressway is three levels and the traffic condition is worse.At the same time,based on the analysis of user needs and the connotation of expressway service quality,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors system of expressway service quality by using the system theory analysis method,and puts forward the purpose and process of comprehensive evaluation of expressway service quality.And this thesis constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for expressway service quality,which includes service conditions,service environment,service activities and 17 indicators.Through the analysis and comparison of a variety of evaluation methods,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation of expressway service quality based on AHP-FCE.Finally,this thesis makes a questionnaire survey and Empirical Analysis on the study section of Yongtaiwen expressway project.The results show that the overall quality of service is general.And based on the evaluation conclusion and the influencing factors,the thesis puts forward the measures to improve the quality of Yongtaiwen expressway service.
