In recent years,renewable energy such as wind energy,solar energy and low-carbon energy is gradually introduced into the power system,the next few years will also increase significantly to further reduce the consumption of primary energy to avoid fossil fuel pollution emissions on the environment.Due to the changes and uncertainties in the output of wind energy and solar energy,the widespread application of renewable energy brings great risks to the safe and economical operation of the power system.Energy storage system can quickly absorb and release power,for large-scale grid-connected wind farm safe and economic operation provides a new solution.In the wind farm and its vicinity to install energy storage system to form a wind and coal combined power generation system,can achieve the purpose of stabilizing the power fluctuation,to a certain extent,inhibit the wind power of the randomness and volatility,thus improving the reliability of wind power supply.And energy storage devices can be used in the low price of electricity when the use of wind power to charge,in the peak price to the power grid to improve the economic benefits;but also by participating in frequency adjustment support services to improve system stability and power quality.Based on the robust decision-making framework,this paper proposes a bidding strategy for the joint participation of wind power generation and energy storage devices in power market transactions in power systems with high permeability uncertain renewable energy.The decision model considers the maximum profit of the electricity sales in the electricity market.In the modeling,the production capacity of the wind farm and the market clearing electricity price are set as uncertain parameters.The actual available wind energy,energy storage and discharge and energy storage capacity of the wind power are the decision quantity.Under the constraint of electric power climbing,Constructing a Robust Optimal Bidding Model.The paper also discusses the impact of uncertainty set selection on economy.Using a risk-based measure based on the financial industry to build a robust set of uncertainties that incorporate decision makers' risk aversion into the decision-making process and provide decision-makers with a safe,reliable and cost-effective strategy.The numerical simulation proves that the bidding mode of wind and reservoir can bring more economic benefits than the single wind farm bidding mode.By comparing with the deterministic optimization strategy,the robust optimization strategy has higher reliability and economic practicability in the power system with high permeability and uncertain renewable energy.
