The issue of energy efficient utilization has always been a hot issue for people to study.Building electricity accounts for a large part of energy consumption.Therefore,rational optimization of electricity consumption for building users will greatly reduce the energy consumption purpose of building electricity.In this paper,a user classification method based on user behavior is studied firstly.Then a bi-population gravitation search algorithm based on biological parasitic behavior and a multi-objective parasitic behavior gravitation search algorithm were proposed for the optimization problem of the four types of users in buildings and more users in buildings respectively,and the two algorithms are used in the corresponding model for experimental analysis.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The status quo of research on the problem of load optimization scheduling is analyzed,and the method of building users classification is proposed.This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of load optimization scheduling in recent years and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of every study.Then the main research contents of this paper are put forward for the existing problems.At the same time,in order to effectively manage the user's electricity situation,the users are divided into four categories:ordinary home users,office workers,business users and vacant users based on the user's electricity behavior.(2)The double population gravitation search algorithm based on the biological parasitic behavior is proposed to optimize scheduling of building four types of users.Firstly,the mathematical model of electricity scheduling that guarantees the economic goal,the comfort goal and the stability goal of electricity consumption for building users must be established before scheduling.Secondly,in view of the problems such as low accuracy of optimization and early premature convergence of gravimetric search algorithm,this paper introduces the ability of sharing information of memory and group to enhance the diversity of population and overcome the problem of premature convergence.By introducing biological parasitic behavior mechanism,the population is divided into two groups of parasitic and host groups,and evolutionary process in line with biological principles of survival of the fittest,the two populations by exchanging information to accelerate the evolutionary process,the population is not easy to fall into the local optimum.Then,the improved algorithm is used to solve the model of dispatching of building four types of users.Finally a better dispatching solution is acquired through the simulation.(3)Multi-user optimal dispatching scheme of buildings is proposed based on the multi-objective parasitic behavior gravitation search algorithm.Aiming at solving the problem of multi-user electricity dispatch in buildings with large data volume,in view of the gravitation search algorithm,an improved multi-objective parasitic behavior gravitation search algorithm is proposed according to introduce the non-dominated sorting idea and the fuzzy multi-objective search algorithm based on the idea of dimension review,and it will be used in building 120 household electricity load dispatching model,simulation results in a series of scheduling options for user selection.Finally,the compromise scheduling scheme that meets the three objectives is selected.After comparing with other methods,it is proved that the multi-objective parasitic behavior gravitation search algorithm is used to optimize the superiority of building multi-user power dispatch.
