The new technological revolution is causing global manufacturing to transform and remodel,the auto industry and technology have also ushered in an unprecedented new change.Automobile parts industry,as the upstream of the automobile industry,is the foundation of the development of automobile industry.Moreover,the competition in the automobile manufacturing industry is to a large extent also the competition in the parts industry.China's auto parts still face problems,such as insufficient integration and innovation,and the technology of materials technology,control system technology,production equipment and detection system will still be improved.As one of domestic automobile engine core parts,"synchronizer" producers,also has not master high-end products technology,the problem such as the lack of research and development capabilities,such as macro economy continues to weaken,environmental protection,energy,traffic pressure increases,labor costs rise,car companies such as price war,as well as auto market by seller's market into the buyer market pressure,etc.Here,Tianjin TANHAS Technology Co.Ltd.,an outstanding enterprise in China's auto parts manufacturing industry,is selected as the research object.By using the strategic management ideas,the strategic thinking,the information data from the car parts industry,using porter's five-force analysis and the SWOT analysis as a tool,it has been studied and analyzed in the market.Through the research,it can be seen that,although the market prospect of automobile parts industry is broad,and there are macro-policy support,but under the restriction of the bargaining price of the whole vehicle,the joint venture in the industry occupies a competitive position.Meanwhile,the market competition is increasingly fierce in the face of rising labor costs,rising prices and huge investrnent,ect.Therefore,Tianjin TANHAS Technology Co.Ltd.must choose the competitive strategy that is in line with its actual development,for example,technology innovation driving strategy,market development strategy,cost control and product type control strategy,etc.Then,it can cooperate with powerful measures to seize the opportunity,adapt to the market trend,innovate products,expand sales,increase profits,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and become the leading enterprise,and stand in the invincible position of the industry.
