At present,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in our country,especially air pollution.At the same time,with the increasing demand for traditional energy sources,the energy crisis also arises.Therefore,in the future automobile market,the new energy vehicle is the general trend.The use of competitive intelligence analysis to improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises is a means and tool for economic management.Competitive intelligence analysis has now been carried out in various industries and achieved good results.For example,the application of new energy automotive industry will be a new beneficial attempt.In this study,the competitive intelligence analysis of China's new energy automobile enterprises is carried out thr-ough literature analysis,case analysis and intelligence analysis.First of all,the development status of the new energy automobile industry is first analyzed,and the development status of the enterprises,technology and market in the new energy automobile industry is expounded.At the same time,the current problems are pointed out.Then the needs of the competitive intelligence analysis of the new energy automobile enterprises are pointed out,from the necessity,the analytic hierarchy and the analysis of the needs of the new energy automobile enterprises.The three aspects are expounded,then the research on the level of competitive intelligence analysis of new energy automobile enterprises,respectively from the external competitive environment analysis,competitor analysis and competition strategy formulation of three modules,and then build a new energy automobile enterprise competitive intelligence analysis framework.This study then confirms the proposed competitive intelligence analysis framework of new energy vehicle companies through the case study of SAIC.The author hopes that this study will give some reference to the implementation of competitive intelligence analysis for new energy vehicle companies.
