Modern large-scale mining machinery,usually takes more or less workload when it is in the process of starting to running,which is quite unfavorable to the prime mover.The whole transmission system is under high impact when it is from starting to running normally with overload conditions.When the prime mover start and run overcoming a lot of load,a large starting current and the shock load are generated to impact directly on the grid.If the large capacity prime mover is selected,additional unnecessary resource will be wasted.In order to solve the above problem,drive equipment is requested to have characteristics of buffer,steady working and to safely start overcoming the inertia load of systems gradually.Friction coupler has very important research significance in this field.Based on the fluid coupling principle,adjustable oil-gas spring is added to the single-stage friction coupler,design a new 90KW friction coupling structure,First of all,the paper studies the technological process of the friction coupling,and the analysis the structure reasonable.It designs and calcu.lates the coupling’s input shaft,centrifugal slide block and adjustable oil-gas spring structure size of the key parts,utitizes Pro/E software to form a Three-dimensional model building for friction coupling’s input shaft,centrifugal slide block and overall friction coupling.Under the premise of ensuring that the structure of the layout is reasonable,without interference,according to the finite element analysis method,workbench module of ANSYS14.5 is used to conduct static analysis of the main component of friction coupling,and to check the accuracy of the structure design.Then Simulink module of Matlab is used to conduct simulation analysis on adjustable oil-gas spring damping,the main component of friction coupling.Stiffness and damping characteristics are studied.Finally,establish a dynamic model of oil-gas spring AMEsim,And establish a perfect simulation model access to oil and gas spring in the friction coupling,whether the system is equipped with oil-gas spring friction couplings speed and angular acceleration and other indicators of simulation comparison,the effects of the oil-gas spring friction coupling starting characteristics.
