In the process of starting,the large mechanical equipment frequently takes with external loads.It is reasonably unfavorable for motor,and make the drive system bearing bigger impact,and quicken the damage of parts.Therefore,the transmission needs to have the buffered,smooth soft start characteristic.The soft start characteristic refers to that the mechanical equipment can gradually overcome the load inertia and realize workload smooth starting,the performance can greatly reduces the motor producing the current from starting load,and can avoid the starting current impacting on the power grid.The feedback control axial friction coupling with oil gas spring has the same performance.In this design,the oil gas spring is applied into feedback control axial friction coupling through the use of the principle of hydraulic coupling,developed a new type of the feedback control axial friction coupling with oil and gas springs.First,understanding the overall structure and working principle of the feedback control axial friction coupling with oil gas spring,designing key components,three dimensional model of components is established by solidworks;Second,under the reasonable condition of three-dimensional modeling,its key components are analysised by ANSYS of workbench module analyzes,validating the rationality of the design of its structure;Third,based on the knowledge of hydromechanics,mathematical model of stiffness and damping characteristics of oil gas spring is established,and the mathematical model is simulated by using the Simulink module of MATLAB,it is concluded that the change rules of the stiffness and damping characteristics;Finally,establishing the feedback friction coupling drive system mathematical model,then building the simulation model in MATLAB/simulink,then changing the influence factors of the feedback control axial friction coupling with oil gas spring,such as geometry size,centrifugal mass,friction pair material and structure parameters of hydro pneumatic spring.These factors having effects on the soft start characteristic are detailedly simulated,and corresponding conclusions are drawn.
