Anti floating anchor rod is a small component,which is easy to process and convenient to construct,in many ways to resist the buoyancy of water.The advantages of high uplift bearing capacity are widely used in construction industry.However,there is no unified and clear standard specification for anti floating anchor.The calculation method is not uniform,the model is not mature,the mechanism is not clear,the layout is not enough optimization is now the main problem in the application of anti floating anchor.Layout of bolts in the current engineering design mainly to “live”,namely uniform arrangement,failed to fully play to bolt the uplift performance,in resources have great waste and in building cost of projects have superfluous improve.In this paper,all kinds of calculation methods are summarized,and the calculation method of the design and construction method of anchor bolts is stated.Some residential district underground garage selected will be designed and optimized,which put anti-floating anchor rod on independent column base and flashing.Main research content including: the calculation of water buoyancy,the upper structure weight calculation,the stability of the structure calculation,the design of the anti-floating anchor rod which anti-floating anchor rod of independent column base and flashing will be take uniform arrangement way common in the design.The focus of this article is optimization of layout of anti-floating anchor rod.Summary in recent years outstanding scholars proposed on the anti floating anchor layout scheme,using finite element software modeling and analysis for unequal column spacing and equal column spacing.In the first place,anti-floating anchor rod will be uniform set in unequal column spacing and equal column spacing,analyzing the force of anti-floating anchor rod,analyzing the placement and stress of foundation slab,drawing a conclusion that the traditional way of anti-floating anchor rod arrangement cannot reach their full tensile potential of steel and must be optimized design.In the second place,unequal column spacing and equal column spacing be optimized design with new-style anti-floating anchor rod arrangement.New-style anti-floating anchor rod arrangement include surface of non uniform,hollow type and the plum blossom type layout.The calculation of anti-floating required in theory,adopt the method of finite element numerical simulation,establish the finite element model of all kinds of anti-floating anchor rod arrangement way.Theoptimal arrangement of anti floating anchor rod is studied by the reverse force of the anchor bolt and the displacement contour and the stress cloud image.The result of optimal arrangement way of anti-floating anchor rod is the surface of non uniform layout.In order to provide some references for the future design,the anchor rod can be used to reduce the number of anchor bolts and reduce the engineering cost. |
