Coal gangue aggregate concrete as a new type of green concrete,due to its aggregates have the diversity of chemical composition? complexity of mineral composition and uncertainty of stacking time,being more complex than natural aggregate,people often worry about their quality.Especially using the gangue aggregate concrete in building structure,it is reliable or not,and whether or not can apply common calculation methods in the code for design of concrete structures.Therefore,a system of related research,that is important for application and development of this kind of concrete.This subject is funded by the committee project of National Natural Science and the limited company of Shen Hua group.,it is the subprojects of the(U1261122),all results of the studies are in the fund of the project.In this paper,concrete beams made by four groups of different forms of aggregate composition are as the research object,and mechanical properties of the beams are studied by experiment for the first time in domestic.Firstly,under the same conditions of reinforcement ratio,concrete strength grade and component section sizes,the research study concrete beams made by three different combinations of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse and fine aggregate on bearing performance of normal section? deformation characteristics and failure form.The results of research show that the spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beam in the process of bending,also has elastic,cracking,yield and ultimate four obvious characteristics.The average strain measured on cross-section obliges to the plane section assumption.In addition to the spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete beams,the other two groups of different forms of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beams and ordinary concrete beams have a little difference in the cracking moment,steel bar strain,deflection and crack development when bending.The ductility of three different combination forms of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beam are better.Afterwards,according to computational theory and methods of crack moment? ultimate moment and deflection of normal service stage suggested by the present Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB50010-2010)for ordinary concrete beam,and whether those are suitable for the spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beam.Calculating results show that the formulas for ordinary concrete beams about crack moment,ultimate moment and deflection of normal service stage,are also suitable for spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beams.Finally,according to the test results of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beams flexural bearing capacity,deflection and so on,the finite element analysis is carried on.Analyzing results agree well with the test results overall,bending calculation and analysis of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete beams can use the finite element analysis.Based on the above of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate reinforced concrete beam bending test,the specification applicability analysis and finite element analysis,completed the evaluation and identification of the bending performance.Hoping that could guide engineering application of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete.
