During the power generation process,the main steam temperature at the outlet of the boiler superheater is an important index to ensure the safe operation of the boiler,which directly affects the reliability and economy of the production unit.Therefore,the design and research of the main steam temperature control system is the main direction of the current control field.Nowadays,most power plants use the conventional cascade PID control system to control the main steam temperature.In the face of the main steam temperature,a time-varying nonlinear control object with large delay,large inertia and imprecise model.The simple PID controller is difficult to achieve advanced control quality requirements.Therefore,based on the dynamic and static performance analysis of the main steam temperature,the optimal control system of the main steam temperature is analyzed and designed.This paper first introduces the influence of the main steam temperature for boiler system.Several interference factors that cause the temperature change of the main steam are studied.The analysis of dynamic performance and static performance of main steam temperature,and expounds the main steam spray cascade temperature control method of control strategy based on.Secondly,based on the analysis of PID control,fuzzy control and the combination of the two algorithms,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is chosen as the main steam temperature control system of the boiler.The main steam temperature control system based on fuzzy PID is designed,and the working principle and the realization process of the system are studied.Then the fuzzy PID controller is optimized,and an improved fuzzy PID main steam temperature control system is designed.Finally,based on the Matlab/Simulink and the Fuzzy toolbox.The simulation analysis of the main steam temperature control system shows that the improved control scheme has good tracking,robustness and anti-interference ability.Based on this controller,the main steam temperature system can achieve rapid response to disturbances,improve the stability characteristics of the system,and has certain practical application and research value.
