In conventional control systems,cascade PID control systems have their own unique features for improving control quality and are widely used in industrial process control.The cascade PID control system is suitable for industrial production processes with large capacity lag,large pure time delay,intense disturbance change and large amplitude,parameter correlation and nonlinearity.However,with the continuous advancement of technology,people have higher and higher requirements for process automation.Traditional cascade PID control systems sometimes have difficulty meeting the higher requirements of process control.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to use advanced control algorithms to improve the original cascade PID control system to maintain production stability,reduce consumption and cost,and improve labor productivity.In the first part of this paper,The basic principles of cascade PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control are introduced,as well as the characteristics of the main steam temperature cascade control system.The analysis provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the traditional main steam temperature cascade PID control system.In the second part,the main steam temperature of the thermal power plant is taken as the controlled object.The detailed design scheme of the fuzzy cascade PID control system is given.The cascade PID control algorithm and the fuzzy cascade PID control algorithm are compared by MATLAB simulation.The feasibility and superiority of the cascade PID control algorithm.In the third part,the related theory of predictive control is introduced firstly.Then the fuzzy cascade PID control algorithm of the second part is improved based on the principle of predictive function,and the main steam temperature cascade control system model is further verified.Based on the framework of PFC,the control algorithm fits the inner loop and the controlled object into a generalized controlled object,and uses the current process input signal to obtain the prediction of future process behavior.The multi-step prediction is introduced iin the outer loop of the cascade PID control system.Fuzzy PID control to obtain the optimal control law.Finally,using MATLAB simulation tool,the controlled object is simulated by step signal tracking,anti-interference of inner and outer loops and adaptability.The research results show that compared with the fuzzy PID cascade control system and the cascade PID control system,the fuzzy cascade PID control system based on the prediction principle has shorter response time,strong anti-interference ability,fast transition time,strong robustness,etc.advantage.
