Biomass energy as one form of renewable energy,has higher stability than others such as wind power and solar power,and has less pollution,which shows its great potential to the development of green energy.Biomass fuels,particularly straws,are strategic focus of development of renewable energy in 21st century,which its use have already achieved great social and economic results.Biomass power project brings profit to local farmers,as well as benefit to ecological environment.Under the same or similar technical condition and equipment performance,the economic results of operation of biomass power units,thus depends on the cost of biomass fuel and its coefficient of utilization.Types of biomass fuels are varied,for example,rice hull,twig,wheat straw,corn straw and etc.Each type of these biomass fuels are different in terms of calorific values,also their cost of collection at different regions are not the same,hence,every biomass fuel cost-control scheme,has its corresponding economic result of production as per KWh.Therefore,the biomass fuel cost-control scheme and the efficiency of its utilization are the main concentration of this thesis subject.This topic is mainly subject to the biomass fuel cost-control scheme,which is based on a practical research on 1×30MW Biomass Power Project of Heilongjiang Zhao Yuan.To optimize the economic operation results and improve its performance,a research is conducted in respects of biomass fuel management?procurement,transportation,process and shaping,storage,blend of different biomass fuel?,cost-control scheme and operation plan,automatic control of feeding system.Further,the output of this thesis research as a successful example,shall be incorporated into other biomass power projects as valuable references for other biomass power projects.
