| The electric vehicle industry is an industry that is strongly supported by the state,the popularity of charging devices can provide a strong support for the promotion of electric vehicles.At present,there are still many problems with charging devices on the market,and charging safety accidents also occur from time to time.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the safety of electric vehicle charging devices.In early 2016,the National Standards Commission issued five national standards for charging interfaces and communication protocols for electric vehicles.These standards have more requirements for charging safety than the standards applied in the past.This thesis is based on these new national standards,focusing on the key points of the safety of the charging equipment.Based on the existing charging devices,this thesis analyzes and researches the safety issues and possible hidden trouble points of the charging device,and designing charging device for electric vehicles with state detection and fault diagnosis.This thesis first introduced the design of electric vehicle charging device system briefly,which is the main research object of this thesis.On the basis of that,this thesis summarized the state parameters of different charging devices which need to be detected,and designed the hardware circuit,also summarized the failure of the charging device during using and design a reasonable fault diagnosis strategy.The background should monitor the running status of the charging equipment installed outdoors.After the hardware design was completed,the integrity of the hardware functions of each detection circuit was tested to verify the correctness of circuit parameters.Simultaneously simulating the conditions of fault occurrence to verify the reliability of the fault diagnosis function. |
