| Since 1980 s,along with the rapid development of power electronics technology,the development of ship electric propulsion system has been greatly accelerated,and the application prospect is better.Propulsion motor of the ship electric propulsion system need drive heavy load and the reliability is high,so this paper chooses the fifteen phase induction motor,compared with the traditional three-phase motor,the torque ripple,high power density,can achieve low voltage high power drive,to meet the ship electric propulsion system for propulsion motor requirements.Ship fifteen phase propulsion device is composed of fifteen phase inverter,fifteen phase induction motor and propeller load,and its normal operation is related to the safe operation of the whole ship.Therefore,the fifteen phase propulsion unit fault diagnosis is of great practical significance.This paper mainly includes several aspects in the research process:(1)Study the structure and working principle of ship fifteen phase propulsion device,using Matlab/Simulink build the model of ship fifteen phase propulsion device to simulate different operation conditions of ship fifteen phase propulsion device.(2)Study the main fault mechanism and fault characteristics of the ship fifteen phase propulsion device,and establish the Matlab/Simulink model of the ship fifteen phase propulsion device under different faults,and select the appropriate fault characteristic signal to extract.(3)To extract the fault features of the fault signals,this paper compares the fast Fourier transform(FFT),wavelet packet decomposition and Hilbert Huang Transform(HHT)method to extract three kinds of fault characteristics,finally adopts the method of Hilbert Huang Transform in fault feature extraction.(4)Establish the fuzzy fault tree of the ship fifteen phase propulsion device,analyze the main cause of the fault of the ship fifteen phase propulsion device,calculate the fuzzy probability and fuzzy importance of each fault cause,and provide the basis for the order of failure cause elimination.(5)Realize the fault diagnosis of ship fifteen propulsion device based on the software LabVIEW,use the sensor and data acquisition card for data acquisition and transmission,design the software of fault diagnosis,to diagnose the fault of ship fifteen propulsion device and explain the cause of the malfunction,save and query the historical data in database.The feasibility of the fault diagnosis of the fifteen phase propulsion device of the ship is verified. |
