This paper studied the scientific constitution of the urban plant community and the design of healthy sustainable ecological community by sampling plot method.In this survey,twenty-six well-positioned,universalistic and representative plant communities of The Green Expo Garden in Zhengzhou were selected as the sample,to investigate their species composition,spatial structure and health conditions.On this basis,fifteen plant communities by standard as 10m×10m were selected to analyze species diversity.For further research,twenty-four evergreen plants were selected to compare their compositive bacteriostatic ability and the inhibitory action to the Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,bacillus subtilis in the air.At last,I chose ten evaluation factors to investigate the scenic beauty estimation(SBE)of these 26 sample plots,analyze the landscape blendent and the plant disposition of the plant communities.The results were as followed,1.In these 26 samples,there are 51 species,40 genera,24 families in arbor,which have 11 species in casuarinas.Secondly,there are 47 species,35 genera,22 families in shrub,which have23 species in evergreen shrub.Thirdly,there are 27 species,24 genera,14 families in herbage plant.Finally,there are 4 species,4 genera,4 families in the other plants.In general,there are 129 species,96 genera,51 families.2.According to the species diversity of the plant community,in the 15 samples surveyed by the survey,the average value of the Margalef richness index of the three levels of Joe,irrigation and grass was 0.8341,the Simpson dominance index was 0.4362,and the Shannon-Wienner diversity index was 0.7514,and the average of Pielou was 0.6215.From the data analysis,it can be concluded that the overall index of the green expo garden in zhengzhou is balanced,and the number of species in the plant community is relatively uniform.It was found that that structure of the shrub lay and the herb layer were simple and slightly unitary in the various layer of the plant community of the sample.3.The study was carried out about 24 kinds of common garden plants antibacterical activities on the three pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that the inhibition for Escherichia coli was very significant,the inhibition of Eriobotrya japonica and Nandina domestica was obvious,there was no microbial growth compared with the contrastive Petri dish in 24 h.Ligustrum lucidum,Pinus thunbergii,Pinus bungeana,Ligustrum japohicum and Yucca gloriosa had no obvious inhibitory effect,and their inhibition rate are 1%,2%,4%,7%,8%.The remaining 18 plants inhibitory rate are10%-62%.The tested plants have different inhibitory rate on Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibition of Eriobotrya japonica,Nandina domestica,Pittosporum tobira,Platycladus orientalis and Picea asperata was obvious,there was no microbial growth compared with the contrastive Petri dish in48 h.Osmanthus fragrans and Phyllostachys sulphurea had no obvious inhibitory effect,and their inhibitory rate are 1%,8%.The remaining 17 plants inhibitory rate are 11%-49%.The difference of inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis was not significant.The inhibition of Eriobotrya japonica,Nandina domestica,Osmanthus fragrans,Pinus bungeana,Sabina chinensis,Platycladus orientalis,Ligustrum japohicum,Picea asperata,Ilex cornuta,Pinus thunbergii was obvious,there was no microbial growth compared with the contrastive Petri dish in 16 h.The rate of the lowest bactericidal capacity,Yucca gloriosa,is 14%.The remaining 11 plants inhibitory rate are27%-89%.(2)The inhibitory effects of the same plant on different strains were different:Osmanthus fragrans,Ligustrum japohicum,Pinus thunbergii,and Phyllostachys sulphurea had the strongest inhibition to Bacillus subtilis.But Osmanthus fragrans and Phyllostachys sulphurea had no obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,and Ligustrum japohicum and Pinus thunbergii had no obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli.The overall benefit of Eriobotrya japonica and Nandina domestica was the best.4.The results of landscape quality evaluation show that the results of different landscape forms are quite different,trim properly,the community level to complete landscape benefit is preferably.Will be scored higher on S2,S20,S19,S4 plant community landscape of the four seasons sample color and detailed analysis,summarizes the outstanding case matching technique and the way of plant configuration.
