Tropical Plant Landscape Between Hainan (China) And Singapore: A Comparative Analys

Landscape plants is the first material to create landscape, which has the characteristics of life, variety of shapes, colors and fragrancy form the subject of landscape gardening, but also constitutes a different plant landscape features. Plant landscape, is the important part of a region tourism resources, it is influenced by geographical location, natural climate and environmental conditions, and also the local economic development and the combined effects of such religious folk. In the tropics with its rich plant resources, creating a colorful landscape, becoming an important part of the urban landscape, promoting the development of tourism.In this paper, theoretical discussion and comparative analysis of a combination to start, set in Singapore and Hainan plant landscape similarities and differences, put forward on Hainan planting design inspiration and reference to Hainan plants Landscape reference of international tourism island concept.This paper first analyzed the characteristics of Singapore and Hainan in the geographic and climate characteristics, culture, flora and other aspects of similarity. Basis of this similarity the paper had a comparative analysis of Singapore and Hainan's tropical plants landscape characteristics, the results show that:(1) Landscape plants in Singapore and Hainan common but different. Garden plants both tropical and subtropical distribution of tropical families and genera of the main characteristics consistent with the local ecological environment, reflects the strong tropical; However, Singapore is far more garden plants than in Hainan. According to statistics, there are 1867 species of 808 genera,185 families garden plants in Singapore, while only 838 species of 475 genera,145 families in Hainan. This has inevitably associated with the Singapore government's attention on the cultivation of new varieties of garden plants and the introduction and the domestication of foreign plants.(2) Singapore and the distinctive landscape of plants in Hainan, but there is a gap. Singapore plant landscape features to the largest government attaches, it has a comprehensive planning and design, all the people are launched to build green homes; also it attach importance to the protection of nature, emphasis on shade trees and fragrant plants court of plant characteristics, such as the application of attention to city-dimensional green concern for the cultural connotations of landscape plants. Hainan focused on the palms and tropical plants, create a city full of tropical impression; attention to the protection of natural forest vegetation to achieve harmony between man and nature.(3) Singapore and Hainan of different plants landscape features attributed to the different guidelines. Construction of "The Garden City", the start to finish through the Singapore's ecological idea; and by absorbing foreign cultural diversity in the formation of romantic tropical landscaping features.
