The main function of the thermal protection system is to control the system to prevent accidents from expanding and to protect the unit's equipment safety when the danger of equipment safety occurs during startup and operation of the unit.The greatest feature of the protection system is high reliability.Contrary to the extremely high reliability requirement,the reliability of the protection system often fails to meet the theoretical standards of design.The main reason is that the boiler protection system has weak links and lacks practical inspections.The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the weaknesses of the boiler protection system and find ways to improve the reliability of the protection system.This paper takes the boiler protection system of No.9 unit of Junliangcheng Power Plant as the research object.Firstly,the theoretical basis of reliability is used to analyze the ideal state of the existing boiler main fuel trip protection project.Obtain the ideal reliability of each protection project with respect to each key signal.Then analyze the actual operation status of each important signal,proceed from the actual defects in the boiler protection system in recent years,and calculate the causes of the defects,and propose countermeasures to provide the basis for the transformation of the boiler protection system equipment.For the analysis of the protection system of the micro-oil ignition system of the coal-fired unit,the coal mill outlet door shut-off system,the coal mill coal stone discharge system,the coal feeder operation signal control,and the drum water level measurement system,etc.The important influence of the operating environment of the carrier equipment with key signals on system reliability,In order to improve the overall operational reliability of the boiler protection system,improvement measures are proposed for the overall operating environment and mode of each protection subsystem device.The analysis method of Mind Map is introduced to consider the main protection devices as divergent nodes.The factors that may influence the protection signals in actual operation are analyzed and counted,and the improvement measures of protection devices are put forward accordingly To ensure the protection of equipment and signals in accordance with the theoretical reliability of the operation.Old thermal power plant professionals still use the traditional maintenance of equipment maintenance methods,the application of the analysis method,has been in the routine maintenance and troubleshooting work has been very good results.
