With the increasing power grid unit capacity,At present,most of the domestic therma l power units have only 60% to 100% of the rated capacit y range of automatic regulation capacity,But according to the current situation of power supply,The power dispatching department takes into account the interests of the power generation enterprises,all generator units are required to be able to perform low load automatic peak load.In addit ion,there are many new problems to be considered in the long-term operation of 1000 MW thermal power unit under the co ndit ion of 450MW: the adaptability load of the unit pressure,the fast adaptive of load demand,and the control characteristics of each subsystem.At the same time,the various modifications of the unit will also make the thermal system of The ultra-supercrit ical unitchange a lot.The research on the automatic control system of the unit is the key to ensure the safety and economy of the unit,and the safety of the power grid is also related to whether The ultra-supercritical unit has FCB function.This paper takes the 1000 MW ultra-supercrit ical unit of taishan power plant as the research object,the following contents are analyzed:The composit ion of the automatic control system of 1000 MW units,the characterist ics of coordinated control system,the characteristics of the auto-control and the relationship offeedwater and fue l.In this paper,the related characteristics of the 1000 MW units and its dynamic static control princ iple are discussed.At the same time,it mainly describes the control optimization of the FCB project for the 1000 MW units of taishan power plant.It contains the logic optimization of DEH and other related equipment in the control system,coordinated control system,RB and the auto-control of feedwater.According to the characteristics of the unit and the proble ms in actual operation,On the basis of analyzing the control logic of control system of the boiler master,the pressure of main steam,the fue l master of boiler,air flow demand,the auto-control of feedwater and the optimization of control in low load is also carried out.Finally.Through the analysis of the optimized operation curve,the control effect is proved to meet the requirements of the system.
