With the continuous and rapid development of China's economy,the demand for electricity in China is increasing day by day.However,due to restrictions on the installed capacity of electric power and the ability of electric power management,the overall relative power demand of electric power supplies lags behind.Power shortages occur from time to time,and it is important to achieve reasonable and efficient use of electricity.At present,the domestic power companies mainly manage the load through orderly power utilization measures.The implementation of ordered power schemes is complicated and cumbersome.Frequent load shedding may easily cause user dissatisfaction,which will have a great impact on related production and life.In severe cases,it may intensify contradictions between power supply and demand.The power sector needs to upgrade the core of the orderly power program development from demand-side management to demand-side response,thereby enhancing user participation and improving the level of power management.Considering the load simultaneous factor is one of the best ways.This paper introduces the methods and steps of power system load characteristics analysis as well as the basic concepts and existing developments of conventional types of ordered power consumption measures and simultaneous load rates.The load characteristics of the Haikou power grid are analyzed,and the formulation of the orderly power usage plan of the Haikou power grid is proposed,and the load characteristics of the normal and the ordered power consumption of the Haikou power grid are compared.After adopting the orderly power supply measures,the average value of the load decreases,the peak value decreases,and the load factor increases,which has a certain guiding effect on the smooth development of the orderly power supply of the power supply enterprises.Taking the power supply area of the Haikou power grid as an example,the process of orderly power utilization after introducing the simultaneous load rate is presented.Finally,the effect of the orderly power consumption scheme of implementing the conventional ordered power consumption scheme and introducing the simultaneous load rate is compared.The orderly power usage after introducing the load simultaneous rate can take into account the system load requirements and economic benefits,the peak-to-valley difference is smaller,the number of calls to the load group is small,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the orderly power usage scheme to verify the simultaneous load introduction rate.
