Modern large generating units using sophisticated computer monitoring system,safety protection system and power grid dispatching automation system,these systems require reliable power supply(supply is generally of rectifier,inverter for high quality AC220),and regardless of unit operation or not,some weight to the load such as turbine control system(DCS),remote terminal unit,fault filter,automatic safety device,transmitter,the electric metering device and the centralized control room lighting should ensure normal operation.The uninterrupted power supply(UPS),which meets the demand of this kind of "harsh" load,is essential to the safe and stable operation of the unit,and the UPS power failure means that the shutdown and stop of the UPS power supply is very important.UPS system is a low voltage multiport network multi-channel power input.The core equipment of the network is the inverter and the static switch,etc.,is a set of electronic components automatic control of the power device.Fengzhen power plant UPS unit #5 is also powered by the three way power supply,the main power supply by the 380 V working power supply,DC power supply by the unit DC system power supply,bypass power supply by the 380 V security power supply.When a fault occurs on a UPS power supply AC or rectifier,UPS will automatically without delay switching DC power supply with inverter power supply,when the DC power failure or DC voltage drops to a preset voltage lower limit protection value,UPS will automatically disconnect DC power supply,close the inverter,automatic uninterrupted switched to bypass output.Fengzhen Power Plant #5 set UPS due to the power output is far less than the indicators,this paper to solve this problem,combined with Fengzhen Power Plant #5 set UPS device inverter cabinet and input power,is proposed to solve the preliminary scheme of Fengzhen Power Plant UPS power supply system upgrade.
