| The construction of electricity consumption information collection system can realize the functions of automatic electricity freezing and uploading,abnormal electricity monitoring,distributed energy monitoring,grid information release,and intelligent equipment information exchange,etc.,cancelling the traditional traditional manual charging mode of the power system,saving staff strength and improving work quality and efficiency.However,the current success rate of data transmission in the power consumption information collection system does not reach the expected value.In the actual field and work,there are still many factors that affect the success rate of the acquisition.The low success rate leads to still needing a large number of human intervention two times in the actual work,which has seriously affected the work quality and efficiency,especially in the early stage of equipment installation in the construction of electricity information collection systems.Failure to scientifically survey and insta ll electricity information collection equipment will cause many complications in the operation and maintenance of the later stage of the project.In this paper,based on the practical construction experience of the power consumption information collection system participated in Shenyang Power Supply Company,we use the data collected by the power consumption information for some months of 2017 in Shenyang,and analyze the factors that restrict the success rate of information collection in Shenyang in detail.And then,proceeding from the influencing factors,the design and research of the detection device for the information collection terminal in the new era were studied and improved.The key technology,function modules and other aspects of the power information acquisition and detection device are analyzed in detail,and the function improvement of the signal quantization module based on the GSM technology is added to the software.At the same time,the evaluation index system of the information acquisitio n terminal detection device was established,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation method was selected to perform comprehensive evaluations on the improved detection devices from four aspects,respectively performance of the testing device,operating efficiency,technical level,and efficiency improvement.The system is mainly used for the installation and maintenance of low-voltage concentrators and installation and maintenance of special user acquisition equipment,which greatly improves the succes s rate of electricity consumption information collection in Shenyang and reduces the economic losses.It provides the technical support in the early construction of the project and greatly improves online rate acquisition equipment,significantly enhancing the once-on-line rate of the acquisition equipment and improving the quality and efficiency of the overall construction of electric information acquisition system. |
