With the improvement of modern living standards,the increase of work intensity and the aggravation of population aging,the risk of heart disease is greatly increased.ECG acquisition equipment is one of the important equipment for monitoring cardiac data.Although traditional ECG equipment can accurately monitor the ECG of patients,most of them are large and difficult to carry,and have geographical limitations.In addition,heart disease has the characteristics of sudden and chronic,so the ECG needs real-time monitoring.Time and place limitations inconvenience patients;The lack of real-time ECG monitoring may miss capturing the best ECG data for disease diagnosis.Therefore,remote real-time long-range ECG monitoring is of great significance.In order to solve the mobility and remote transmission problems of traditional ECG acquisition equipment,this paper developed a wearable remote ECG acquisition terminal.It can collect human ECG signal in real time,filter and display ECG waveform on OLED screen.It also has the function of transmitting data via USB module to the computer for near ECG data management or 4G module to the hospital monitor terminal for remote ECG transmission.The device is small in size,low in power consumption and easy to wear.It can collect standard 12-lead ECG data for hospital pathology analysis and is suitable for use in the family.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Completed the hardware selection of ECG acquisition terminal,the construction of each module and the design of peripheral circuits.Made PCB board,make it more compact,lower power consumption,easier to carry.The main functions of ECG data acquisition,processing and wired and wireless transmission are realized in the software part.Including ADS1198 timing diagram and opcode,USB transmission,4G module transmission,remote listening terminal construction research.2.Studied FIR filtering and median filtering algorithm,combined with filtering algorithm to eliminate ECG noise signal.FIR filter eliminates ECG signal power frequency interference,median filter eliminates ECG signal baseline drift.The initial value problem of these two filters is solved by using the initial value method.3.Studied other functions of ECG acquisition terminal: OLED screen displays necessary and additional information such as ECG;Heart rate was calculated by ECG R-R interval test.AT instruction query method query equipment signal strength;Other functions such as lead shedding detection.4.Tested the ECG acquisition terminal: analyze the SPI timing diagram of ADS1198 with the logic analyzer,proving that there is no loss in the data acquisition stage;The data transmission integrity is proved by the remote download data MATLAB drawing.By comparing the amplitude of input signal and output signal,the reliability of data acquisition is proved.By comparing YY0885-2013 national medical electronic equipment standard,combining with ADS1198 chip manual and actual test,the reliability of hardware electrical characteristics is proved.
