Structural test is a research subject.It plays an important role in researching new structure and developing new technology.It is also a good supplement to theoretical research and numerical simulation.As an important means in the field of civil engineering structure,it is indispensable.The implementation of structural tests requires the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary and multi knowledge points,involving civil engineering,mechanical engineering,technical control,structural mechanics,sensors,signal processing and model similarity laws.As the object of structural test,the experimental model is often a scale model made according to the law of similarity.The scale of the model is usually not less than 1:10.This model test can carefully observe the details crack and dynamic process of structural damage,but it also requires high loading capacity and model making cost for test equipment.The model can be smaller in order to increase the quantity when studying the destruction mechanism,in this paper,a structural test with a scale less than 1:10 under the premise of reliable study of structural damage mechanism and failure characteristics is proposed,but there are few test counter force equipment for this type of structural test.At present,the small shaking table and self-balanced loading frame are known,but the small test bench,such as the reaction wall,has not yet been researched at home,this paper carries on the testing platform for this type of construction feasibility analysis,design analysis and calculation.This paper preliminarily designs three kinds of structural types,which are called small counter reaction wall,small steel frame reaction wall and improved design scheme of small steel frame reaction wall,and carry out time history analysis by ABAQUS finite element modeling.The loading system is the cyclic loading of simulated actual static test,and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of three design schemes under the same loading condition are selected from the economy,the deformation angle,the actual operation convenience and so on.The design scheme of the counter force wall of the small steel frame is improved,and the requirements of the strength,rigidity and the overall stability are met at the same time.The optimum design scheme is the third design scheme and it also designed to meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability of the whole.Subsequently,modal analysis is carried out for the optimal design scheme selected,the possible resonance phenomena are further analyzed and the solutions are put forward: 1.Avoid the self vibration frequency section of the reverse force wall of the small steel frame,and expand the gap between the forced vibration frequency and the natural frequency;2.The direction of the forced vibration of the test model is different from the small steel frame reaction wall.Subsequently,fatigue checking computations were carried out according to the code for steel structure design,and verified that they met the requirements.Laboratory site stability is also an effective guarantee for the subsequent tests,and the laboratory is located in the office building in the 50 s of the last century.The related engineering materials are collected and consulted from the foundation soil type,the structure type and size,the structure use requirements and so on,to the steel frame.The foundation is designed according to the specifications,and the foundation bearing capacity and deformation requirements for verification and validation,which meets the requirements.
