Research On The Bearing Preload Checking And Implementing Method

Final driver is one of the most important parts of the vehicle transmission system. The Active Gear Axle Assembly is the start part in the final driver, its assembly quality directly influences the transfer of power in the retarder. During the assembling, the preload of the taper roller bearing has a directly influence the performance of Active Gear Axle Assembly.Beginning with analyzing the Active Gear Axle Assembly, this paper researches on the theory of preload of taper roller bearing and the preload testing method, combines with the study of sensor and some relative theory, puts forward the thought of designing pressing and measuring machine. According to the idea, we got the whole project and the structure of the machine, and made a detail designing on mechanical and control part. In the end, we analyzed some tested data of the using machines, and summarized recent work. According to the working condition and some relative information, we can go on a deeply research on this thesis.
