With the intelligent development of power grid,higher quality of service(QoS)of business data transmission need to be put forward.Ensuring the QoS of the power dispatching data network is crucial to the production management and dispatch operation of the power system.The QoS routing strategy helps to improve the network operation status and improve the satisfaction of the network QoS on the power grid.The QoS model evaluates the operational status of the power dispatching data network and assesses Grade of Service(GoS)for power communications services that vary significantly in importance.Based on the analysis of multiple QoS related concepts,the mutual influence among QoS indexes,and the characteristics of power dispatching data network users and the power communication services carried by the power dispatching data network,Center-oriented business integrated QoS model can be presented.The integrated QoS model of the power dispatching data network describes the QoS of the power dispatching data network with multiple viewpoints,especially considering the user's point of view which can provide a new dimension of service quality for the power dispatching data network.It is possible to achieve traffic balance and guarantee QoS of business by combining QoS routing algorithm and MPLS technology.In order to improve the QoS of the power dispatching data network,a congestion avoidance algorithm based on the Grade of Service(GoS)information of integrated QoS model of power dispatching data network can be proposed.The algorithm first adjusts the congestion data of the congested nodes according to the order of GoS and then discards the low GoS traffic data after the congested threshold and notifies the corresponding source node to retransmit the data.Finally,the path is re-selected for the discarded traffic according to the genetic algorithm.Matlab simulation results show that this algorithm gives priority to QoS of high GoS services,which helps to allocate network resources rationally and improve QoS of power dispatching data networks.
