With the popularity of mixed-flow production mode,more and more automobile manufacturing enterprises set up painted body storage between the coating workshop and assembly workshop,to adjust the vehicle order into the assembly workshop,reduce unexpected influence on production line for lack of material and incorrect assembly,reduce the stop line time and improve flexibility of production line.Taking the painted body storage as the research object,this paper has carried on the thorough research on the overall framework of vehicle route dispatching strategy in the painted body storage,the painted body storage routing control method and the painted body storage route dispatching strategy.Firstly,this paper analyzes the information generated during the scheduling process in painted body storage,and proposes a routing control method of painted body storage based on double interlock mechanism.It introduces the routing control technology based on OPC technology and the work process of double interlock mechanism,and through examples to illustrate the painted body storage routing control process.Then,combined with the structural characteristics of the linear buffer,this paper presents a vehicle route scheduling strategy based on two-stage matching of painted body storage.The first stage of the strategy builds a model based on the matching degree of the vehicle information,and uses the rule set method to solve the problem of entering painted body storage.The second stage of the strategy builds a model based on the matching degree of the production plan,uses the genetic algorithm to solve the problem of leaving painted body storage.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by case analysis.Finally,developing the PBS routing scheduling system combined with the needs analysis of an actual project in a car factory and verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the system through the system stable operation.
