Transmission line is an important lifeline project,it plays an important role in the construction of electric power.The transmission tower is the foundation of transmission line and has the characteristics of relatively light weight,high height,long shape and relatively small stiffness,etc.Accidents can occur easily under the effect of external load,especially wind vibration load.The vibration characteristics of the transmission tower and the method of vibration suppression are analyzed in this paper.It is of great significance and application value for the safe operation of transmission tower.This paper selects the 500 kV wine cup tower as the research object,set up its finite element model and analyze the model of transmission tower model by Block Lanczos method.The first six order modes are extracted and analyzed and set up the experiment tower model in the laboratory.The model test of the entity model is carried out through the test system and obtain the modal test data of the experiment tower.ANSYS simulation of the experiment tower is carried out.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results.According to the related theory of pulsating wind load,the time domain analysis of the fluctuating wind load is carried out by the Newmark-beta method.The four nodes of the different parts of the tower are analyzed in detail.The force of different parts of the tower is obtained.The optimal parameter selection of TMD device on transmission tower is studied based on tuned mass damper(TMD).A suitable TMD device is suspended on the experimental tower.The vibration modal signal was tested and compared with the experimental results before the TMD device suspended.In addition,the actual work and construction conditions of the transmission tower are also taken into consideration.A double truncated transmission tower vibration damping method based on double pendulum theory is designed and implementation of the method is provided in this paper.It provides reference and basis for wind control and damping of transmission tower.
