Distributed Generation(DG),as a decentralized form of power supply,has been widely connected to distribution network,providing voltage support for power supply in distribution network area,and reducing power grid loss.The use of DG in the isolation and recovery in the background of blackout can improve the overall reliability of power supply and reduce the loss of power supply in the fault area.If the main feed not served,the distribution network should make full use of reliable and unreliable distributed power in the distribution network region,take the correct service restoration strategy of reasonable and effective islanding,realize the recovery of important load.After the electric quantity of the upper power grid is delivered in stages,the main feed and power of DG cooperate with each other to achieve full power consumption,to reduce the recovery process in the main power loss through optimizing the switching operation.(1)To isolation problem of distribution network before the power grid power is not delivered,put forward a kind of containing a large number of unreliable DG distribution network islanding method,controllability,load importance taken into account.the mathematical optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the solution speed is fast,and the real time optimization of the isolated island partition scheme can be realized after the distribution network fault.The examples show that this method can achieve the maximum output energy of DG,while ensuring the maximum recovery load under the condition of reliability,(2)In order to solve the restoration of distribution network load after the transmission of power main power grid,this paper firstly analyzes the main process during the recovery period the main and distribution grid joint to optimize distribution network load recovery,and then consider the main feed and regional DG output uncertainty,to minimize distribution network equivalent load lost as the optimization goal in the process of main network recovery.A robust load recovery optimization model is built considering the main feed and DG output uncertainty under the combined of main power network and distribution network.(3)For the robust optimization model is established in this paper,genetic algorithm,CPLEX combined with MATLAB to optimize the solution of the model,and the solving process of "loop solution integration method of ring technology" and the island was analyzed,finally using IEEE simulation analysis of 69 node system,the analysis results show that the recovery effect and reliability of can be considered at the same time,the load restoration scheme can ensure the recovery scheme adapt to all the preset scene,while ensuring the minimization of loss of load.
