While pursuing high efficiency,high quality and high requirement,the construction industry causes a large amount of resources,adversely affecting the ecological environment.When the regional construction industry is faced with the dual pressures of energy conservation and emission reduction,the energy Internet system of community building stands out.It is based on renewable energy and unused energy to connect the energy of building applications in community.Through the sharing of building energy,the effect of reducing resource consumption and emissions is achieved.Based on the potential analysis of the energy demand and the potential of the available resources in community,And following the principle of energy saving and emission reduction,a community building energy allocation method based on the energy Internet system of community building is proposed.Then the evaluation model is established.Finally,taking an industrial park in Baoding as an example,the energy Internet system of community building has been established.Compared with the traditional energy system from three aspects of thermodynamics,economy and environmental protection,the feasibility of the regional building energy Internet system is explored.Main contents include:(1)The resources in community are classified and the models are established.The conventional energy resources models such as natural gas and electricity are established.The renewable energy resources models such as solar energy,biomass energy and wind energy are established.And the unused energy resources models such as shallow soil,surface water,sewage,industrial waste heat source are established.(2)The load of cooling,heating and power of community building is predicted,through the analysis of the influencing factors of cooling,heating and electrical load.The HDY software based on harmonic response method is used to predict the cooling and heating load.And the scenario analysis method is used to predict the power load.(3)The six design principles of energy Internet system of community building are put forward,namely multi-source complementarity principle,the multi-network interconnection principle,the energy cascade utilization principle,the energy matching principle,the local conditions principle and the supply and demand balance principle.The energy Internet system of community building is designed in detail.And the production and transportation of energy sources of cold,heat and power are analyzed.(4)The evaluation models of community building energy Internet system are established.The thermodynamic evaluation model,the economic evaluation model and the environmental protection evaluation model are established.(5)A case of community building energy Internet system is analyzed.Taking an industrial park in Baoding as an example,the community building energy Internet system is established on the basis of the analysis of local resources and the cooling,heating and power load.And from the three aspects of thermodynamics,economy and environmental protection,the unit building area index of the system is given.Finally,compared with the traditional building energy system in thermodynamics,economy and environmental protection,the energy Internet system of community building has more advantages.This study is instructive to the research and application of community building energy planning and energy Internet system of community building.The resource-side model,load-side model,various productivity model and various system evaluation models can also be used for reference of building energy simulation and building energy performance evaluation system.
