Energy is the foundation of China's economic and social development.During "13th Five-Year" period,strategic adjustment of China's energy structure will take a greater pace,and renewable energy will play an important role.At present,the proportion of building energy consumption of China in the whole society is increasing day by day.To achieve energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field is the trend.The combination of new energy and construction is an important means to implement energy conservation and emission reduction strategies.And it is the only way to realize the strategy of sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the community building energy planning method and other energy planning methods,the community building energy allocation mode which regards the distributed energy system and energy bus system as the core area is proposed in this work.The thinking of the community building energy allocation mode is established,and the renewable energy will be included in it.From the point of view of energy conservation,the community building energy allocation method is intended to establish.And project of an industrial community in Baoding is regarded as a concrete research case to discuss how to establish a reasonable energy distribution mode.Main contents include:(1)The distribution situation and application prospect of coal,natural gas,electricity and other traditional energy are explored.And the potential analysis models of community solar energy,shallow soil source and other renewable energy are established.(2)The community building classification load forecasting method is put forward.Load forecasting of the single standard building is implemented by DEST software.And then bottom-up method is used to get the total load of regional construction.(3)The energy supply system of community architecture,such as the traditional energy systems,distributed energy systems and energy bus system are introduced.And the thermodynamic analysis models of the traditional energy configuration,distributed energy configuration and energy bus configuration are established according to the general thermodynamic models of energy supply system.(4)The evaluation model of community building energy allocation mode is established,including the thermodynamic evaluation,economic evaluation and environmental evaluation.(5)Taking an industrial community planning in Baoding as an example,traditional energy configuration mode,distributed energy configuration mode and energy bus configuration mode are established.And thermodynamic analysis and calculation of them are carried out.In addition,community building energy allocation models are used to evaluate them.Finally,the optimal allocation is the distributed energy system,energy bus configuration is the second and traditional energy allocation is the last.The research of this work has guided role in community building energy allocation and the practical application of calculation models.The data calculated in this work can provide reference for the design of community building energy allocation.
