Research And Application On Security Protection Technology Of Hengshui Smart Grid Dispatching And Control System

With the continuous development of smart grid technologies,the safety of dispatch control systems has received more attention.The city-level dispatching control system serves as a carrier for the realization of grid dispatch control functions,and bears an important responsibility for monitoring and controlling regional power grids.How to make the dispatching control system continuous and stable during the operation process and reduce the possibility of accidents as much as possible has become the focus of safety work for secondary professionals.This paper takes Hengshui Power Supply Company's smart grid dispatch control system as its research object,and analyzes the need for security protection after the grid dispatch automation system develops into a smart grid dispatching control system.Hengshui's system has taken several key technical measures to meet relevant requirements,including digital certificate of power dispatching technology,vertical encryption authentication technology,internal network security monitoring technology,and host security reinforcement technology.The topics were analyzed from the necessity of implementation of key technologies for security protection,the advantages they possessed,and their application in Hengshui's system.Combining with the system status of Hengshui Power Supply Company,we have further confirmed the implementation plans for each safety zone and boundary protection,and introduced the implementation effects of key technologies.The research results confirm that the implementation plan of the Hengshui smart grid dispatching control system can smoothly meet the relevant requirements for security protection and provide sufficient security guarantees on the premise of ensuring normal business.The typical experience of Hengshui smart grid dispatching control system in the application of security protection can be used as a useful supplement to achieve security protection technology.It has been completed and applied in Hebei southern power grid.The research content of this paper confirms a safety protection implementation scheme applicable to the dispatching control system of the smart grid of Hengshui Power Supply Company.The implementation of this scheme can meet the requirements of the municipal level dispatch master station system in terms of security protection.This embodiment has a reference value and can be used for reference by other municipal master station scheduling systems in carrying out safety protection work.
