With the development of the economy and society and the continuous improvement of the national living standard,the demand for electricity is becoming stronger and stronger.At the same time,the demand for the living environment is increasing.The clean energy and the global energy Internet have become the trend of the current energy development.Photovoltaic power generation is an important part of clean energy,and installed capacity and power generation are increasing year by year.In order to improve the stability of the photovoltaic power station after the access system,increase the ability of the power grid to remove the fault and improve the performance of the security and stability control system of Tibet Changdu power grid,this paper analyzes and analyzes the safety and stability control system of the three photovoltaic power stations,such as Changdu Tian Hui,Changxin and Qing mud cave,Tibet,after the power grid is connected to the power grid.Research。 The main contents of this paper include:(1)Introduce the current research status of grid connected photovoltaic power stations at home and abroad,describe the current status of three photovoltaic power stations,such as Changxin,Tian Hui and Qing mud cave,including installed capacity and access system,and then explain the scale of power grid,equipment production and network frame situation in Changdu power grid in 2016 and 2017.(2)The stability analysis of three photovoltaic power stations in Changdu power grid,the main network and the passive isolated network is analyzed.Under the Lancangjiang-BA N-2 fault and the Lancang River Bond A N-2 fault,the green mud cave PV,Tian Hui and Changxin photovoltaic power stations are taken from the view of the safety and stability control device.Transmission analysis is carried out,and the transmission capacity under different load conditions is given.(3)This paper analyzes the problem of cutting and matching between the photovoltaic and hydropower units under the condition of the isolated network of Changdu power grid with two levels of fault,and the influence on the existing regional power grid after taking measures.The influence of the N-2 fault cutting on Lancangjiang Bond A line N-2 and the Ba Tang Lancang river line is simulated on the basis of the limit phase mode,and the influence of the charging power is analyzed to the maximum.Finally,the corresponding cutting suggestions are given.(4)The status of the safety and stability control system of Changdu power grid is described.According to the three line of security and stability of the power system,the configuration scheme of the safety and stability control system and the practical application of the project are determined.Finally,the paper looks into the unfinished aspects of the research.
