With the rapid development of the global economy, a range of energy and environmental issues resulted in. Micro-grid as an effective organization and network form of Distributed Generation can effectively solve the issues of load growth, aging power system architecture and high-quality electricity demanded. In addition, independent micro-grid plays an increasingly important role to improve power supply reliability and security, and to solve supply problems in remote mountainous areas and islands and other aspects. With the flexibility of Distributed power increased, the distributed power access to micro-grid and the stable operation of the system of has been a great challenge. Thereby, the capacity configuration of the distributed generation and the energy storage system and the proportion of the wind capacity and storage capacity has become an independent and stable operation of the micro-grid problems to be solved.This paper studied the independent of micro-grid energy storage battery and wind capacity ratio issue, and determined the optimal configuration of the energy storage capacity in a separated micro-grid. The main work is as follows: Firstly, build a micro-grid power model and established winds, photovoltaic cells and storage batteries model on PSCAD / EMTDC software simulation platform. Secondly, design wind turbine variable flow and its controller in the micro-grid; design photovoltaic inverter and controller; design bi-directional inverter and energy storage controller. Then set up micro-grid simulation model for joint commissioning micro grid control strategies and a study of the stability of power supply micro-grid and micro grid. When accessing to micro-grid energy storage battery and wind control used master-slave control. Then analysis the control process of the wind turbine accesses to the main of micro-grid On PSCAD simulation platform. Off-grid micro-grid uses master-slave control mode, for storage batteries and wind capacity Proportion in the micro grid, energy storage batteries and to establish the optimal proportion of the capacity of the wind model to determine the capacity of the storage battery and wind optimum ratio. Finally simulate the results on the PSCAD software.
