In recent years,with the development of China’s nuclear technology,China has formed a large scale for the construction and research of accelerators,and particle accelerators will cause ionizing radiation damage to the human body during use.The particle accelerator generates particle beam during operation.The particle beam has the characteristics of narrow pulse width and low repetition frequency.During the acceleration process,the beam generates neutron and gamma radiation due to beam loss or shooting.This generated instantaneous neutron and gamma radiation will form a neutron and gamma composite radiation field with a low duty cycle.Existing detectors have many drawbacks in measuring the gamma dose in this radiation field.There is a need to provide a new type of detector to solve this problem,and based on the OSL(Optically Stimulated Luminescence)principle can be a very good solution to this problem.The basic principle of photoluminescence is used in the OSL dose meter.There are two main methods of detection.It can measure the approximate instantaneous dose value in a short time,and it can also measure a relatively long period of time.The cumulative dose.The OSLdose meter is a measurement of instantaneous values.It is mainly for the purpose of giving early warning to people in this environment when pulse photons are detected,and realizes real-time and continuous repeated measurement of pulsed photons.Therefore,the photoluminescence OSL dose The measuring instrument has a good prospect of transportation.This article is based on the related topics of the Monitoring Technology R&D Group of the Institute of Radiation Safety at the China Institute of Atomic Energy,and based on the principle of OSL,performed research and development on the OSL dose meter,built a preliminary experimental system and carried out a large number of related hardware.Experimental testing,and selected the most appropriate components through the experimental data of each system,thus completing the assembly of the OSL dose meter.This article first elaborated the background of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,and elaborated the main research content of the thesis.Starting from the OSL principle,relevant theoretical basis,OSL technologies,etc.,the OSL dosimeter is selected for excitation light source selection,excitation light filter combination,fluorescence excitation of each excitation light,and linear relationship between dose information and probe design.A lot of experimental work was done and the prototype of the OSL dosimeter was completed.The OSL dose meter performs such a whole process ofdesigning,processing and verifying the various systems,confirming the experimental verification,and selecting the optimal ones,so that the various systems are better adapted to the design requirements of the OSL dose meter.Through the follow-up overall framework design and assembly,the requirements of the project group project were well completed,and the development of the OSL dosimeter was well completed.
